Sometimes replacing old concrete isn't always necessary. Concrete that has been damaged due to sinking can often be repaired through one of three methods: slabjacking, foundation remedial or deep grouting. How do you know if your concrete is damaged due to sinking? Look at mortar joints in brick walls, window sills, moldings and trim boards. If you see cracking or gaps this may be a sign that your concrete is sinking.
